During COVID, the annual SubSummit event was held virtually. Because PowerSync develops subscription management solutions for the Magento eCommerce platform, SubSummit was the perfect audience to get in front of.
I took advantage of the virtual summit by live Tweeting updates. I tagged subscription merchants in the posts, as subscription brands are the target audience for this SaaS solution. I also added #SubSummit to each post to boost engagment and visibility.





Instagram is a great place to share a brand’s visual story. I created captivating, on-brand graphics to let our audience know when a new blog post was published.
I also promoted a weekly invitation from the CEO to answer questions about business, subscriptions, technology, e-commerce and integrating systems. This was a great way to get him engaged in conversations with his target audience.
Additionally, Instagram was a great place to cross-promote our other social platforms.







I filled PowerSync’s Facebook feed with posts promoting products and customer testimonials, as well as sharing a weekly subscription news roundup. I also took the opportunity to build strategic relationships by sharing relevant industry content from other blogs and tagging them.
